BSB50120 qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of Business Services job roles. These individuals may have frontline management accountabilities.
Individuals in these roles carry out moderately complex tasks in a specialist field of expertise that requires business operations skills. They may possess substantial experience in a range of settings, but seek to further develop their skills across a wide range of business functions.

Learners who have successfully completed a vocational qualification at a Certificate III, Certificate IV in Business or any other qualification.
Upon successful completion of BSB50120 Diploma of Business, graduates may pursue BSB60215 Advanced Diploma of Business to develop higher level of expertise across a wider range of business functions.
We provide flexible delivery which includes a combination of online, face-face, on-the-job, self-paced and distance learning options through (internet/video calls/webinar/Learning Management systems (LMS).
This qualification will be delivered over a period of 24 months
AAAS ‘s Training and Assessment Strategy is developed in consultation with the employer groups to ensure the training meets the industry requirements.
