BSB60420 qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters. They use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.

*AAAS recommends the above elective units based on extensive consultation with the industry experts.
Learners who have successfully completed a vocational qualification at a Diploma in Leadership and Management or Diploma from the other BSB training package.
Upon successful completion of BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, graduates may pursue to VET Graduate Certificate or higher education qualifications in business or management.
We provide flexible delivery which includes a combination of online, face-face, on-the-job, self-paced and distance learning options through (internet/video calls/webinar/Learning Management systems (LMS).
This qualification will be delivered over a period of 18 months.
AAAS ‘s Training and Assessment Strategy is developed in consultation with the employer groups to ensure the training meets the industry requirements.

Fees may be paid in instalments through AAAS flexible payment plan. Following your course commencement, any instalments (not more than $1000) are collected as per your course progression at any given time.
A Deposit of $120 must be paid prior to the Cooling-Off Period for AAAS to issue your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).
